Before You Sign Up.

No. You don't need to have raced, and you don't need to know anything about HYROX going in. The program is built on HYROX-style training, but it's coached and scaled to your level. You just need to be ready to work.
No. Non-members are welcome at $215 for the full six weeks. smoothFIT members pay $149, and it's included at no extra cost for All-Access members. The first 5 sign-ups save $25.
No. Running development is part of the program, but every session is coached and scalable. We meet you where your engine is right now and build it from there. You'll improve over the six weeks, not get thrown into the deep end on day one.
Two sessions per week for six weeks, 60 minutes each. Thursdays at 6:15 AM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM, here at smoothFIT in Victor. The series starts July 2, 2026.
We cap the group on purpose. Smaller numbers mean every person gets real coaching, real attention, and movement standards held the whole way through. That's how we run everything at smoothFIT.
