Victor, NY · Since 2016

I belong here.
I can do this.

Walking into a gym is intimidating for most people. We get that, because we've seen it. That's exactly why we built this place differently. You should feel welcomed, supported, and seen from the moment you walk through the door.

Community. Culture. Camaraderie.

Your first week of classes is free. Just show up and sign a waiver.

There Had to Be a Better Way.

Every time somebody walks into a gym, it's such an intimidating and impersonal experience. So many places focused on extremes, quick fixes, and comparisons. We saw all of that and knew there had to be a better way.

Jenee and Alyssa were both already working in the fitness industry when they decided to build something different. What they shared, beyond a love for fitness, was that they genuinely cared about people. The original plan actually included a smoothie bar, which is where the name comes from. That never panned out, but what did was way more meaningful. A place where people feel a sense of belonging and know that we see them and care about them as a person before any fitness goal.

We've evolved a lot. The early years were all intensity. That no-pain-no-gain mentality. Over time, our members inspired us more than we ever inspired them. They taught us that the most powerful training is smart, sustainable, and built around real lives. We're still just as serious. We're just more inclusive about who we're serious for.

"

What's so rewarding is that we've built a community of people that literally rely on each other. It's not the trainer, it's not the business model. It's who they're working out with, who's next to them, who's grinding with them.

What Your First Day Looks Like

No guesswork. No awkward standing around. Here's exactly what happens when you walk through our door. Your entire first week is free.

Find Us and Park

We're at 6385 NY-96, Suite 410, in Victor. Parking is free and right out front. Walk in through the main entrance. You'll see us.

Check In and Sign Your Waiver

Show up about 10 to 15 minutes early. We'll greet you by name, get a quick waiver signed, show you around, and answer anything you want to ask. No clipboard interrogation. Just a real conversation.

Your Workout, Scaled to You

Classes run about 45 to 60 minutes. Small groups with a coach who's watching every rep. You'll move through a mix of strength and conditioning work, and everything gets modified to where you are right now. Nobody's left to figure it out on their own. Everyone in here started somewhere.

After Class, Stick Around

Ask questions. Meet the people you just worked out with. This is when most people realize: okay, these people actually care. And they do. That part isn't an act.

What to Bring

Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, a water bottle, and yourself. That's it. We handle the rest.

Everything Is Coached. Nothing Is Random.

Everyone's goals, schedules, and needs are different. We're willing to work with people no matter where they're starting.

Group Training

Our bread and butter. Small group classes, coached and programmed with intention, scalable for every fitness level. Strength, Step, Bootcamp, Metcon. All training runs on 6-week cycles. You do the same workouts week to week so you can progressively get stronger, not just show up and sweat. The classes are structured so you can take your time and lift as heavy as you need to. It's challenging, it's encouraging, and it's fun. That's what brings people back.

Athlete Performance

We build strong, resilient, confident young men and women. Proper movement, strength development, speed, and injury prevention. But it's not just physical. Most of the time, these kids need someone who understands what they're managing. School, travel, practices, games. We talk with our athletes about prioritizing their mental health and recovery, because you can be the best player on your team, but none of that matters if you're not healthy and available. Long-term development over short-term results, every single time.

Personal Training

One-on-one attention, fully customized to you. Some people prefer the individual focus and don't want the group setting. Others aren't quite comfortable yet and want to build confidence with a coach before stepping into class. Either way works. More often than not, people who start in personal training end up transitioning into group classes when they're ready.

Recovery

You train hard. You also sit at a desk, carry stress in your shoulders, and push through soreness you probably shouldn't ignore. Our infrared saunas help with deep muscle recovery and stress relief. Normatec compression boots flush inflammation and speed up recovery between sessions. Cupping therapy targets chronic tension and improves mobility. Recovery isn't a luxury. It's what keeps you training consistently without breaking down. Available to members and non-members.

Back to Basics Program

Our 6-week program, run throughout the year. Designed for anyone who needs accountability and wants to return to the foundations of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. You get 24/7 access to your coach, group sessions for community accountability, a nutrition plan built around your preferences, and measurements at the start and finish so you can see your progress. The goal isn't a start and end point. It's building habits you can repeat long after the program ends.

Health Coaching

Sometimes the work that matters most happens outside the gym. If you need guidance on nutrition, habit change, or building a sustainable lifestyle, we offer one-on-one health coaching by request. Many of our members pair this with group training or the Back to Basics program for a more complete approach.

Feel Better in Your Body. Stronger in Your Life.

A lot of our favorite members came in feeling tired, out of shape, unsure of where to start, or frustrated from programs they couldn't stick to. Busy parents, professionals, young athletes who are burnt out, people coming back after a long time off or an injury. This is everybody.

We meet you where you are. And what changes over time isn't just physical. People start to feel like they're part of something, and that's what keeps them coming back. It's not the trainer and it's not the business model. It's knowing that we see you and care about you as a person before any fitness goal.

  • Confidence That Carries

People learn to move well and they start walking into rooms differently. Shoulders back, standing a little taller. That carries way beyond the gym.

  • Consistency That Sticks

They trust their bodies again. They show up. They start to lose that fear of failure and gain energy they didn't know they had.

  • Resilience That Builds

Mental, emotional, physical. It all compounds. There's a sense of pride that comes from doing the work, and it shows in everything.

  • Community That Lasts

Some people are here for mental health. Some are here for goals and aesthetics. Some are here just to start their day with their friends. We love them all. Truly.

Where We're From. Why We Stay.

Jenee was born and raised right here in Victor. Alyssa's roots here run just as deep. The relationships, the trust, the families who have grown up alongside this business. We don't take any of that lightly. People want to do business with people they know and trust, and we try to exemplify that every day.

Our mission has been the same from day one: enrich the lives of everybody we come in contact with. We coach with intention, we prioritize safety, and we try to treat every person with respect from the moment they walk in the door.

What's so rewarding about nearly 10 years of this is that it was never about how much money we make. It's that we've built a place where people feel safe, supported, and part of something bigger than fitness. We genuinely care about our members, our community, and helping people move, feel, and live better.

A family legacy. Julie has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years. She's the OG of smoothFIT. She owned her own gym right here in Victor at Phoenix Mills Plaza, and she's been a pioneer for Jenee and Alyssa, truly leading the way and showing us how to run a gym while treating every person who walks through the door with the utmost importance. This has all come full circle.

Frequently Asked

Everything you might be wondering before you walk through the door.

No. A lot of our favorite members came in feeling tired, out of shape, or unsure of where to start. Every class is coached and scalable, which means your coach modifies movements to where you are right now. You don't need to prepare for this. You just need to show up.
Classes run about 45 to 60 minutes in small groups, usually around 15 to 20 people. You'll move through a mix of strength and conditioning work with a coach watching every rep. Everything is programmed with intention and scaled to your level. It's challenging, it's encouraging, and nobody is left to figure it out on their own.
There's a real program behind it. All of our training runs on 6-week cycles. Monday's workout will follow the same structure for 6 weeks, Tuesday's will follow its own, and so on. The exercises progress over those 6 weeks, whether that's more reps, more weight, or tighter time. You're actually building on something. Every 6 weeks the cycle resets with new movements so it stays fresh, but you're never just winging it. That's the difference between working out and training.
No catch. Come in, sign a waiver, and train with us for a full week. No credit card, no commitment, no sales pitch at the end. We just want you to experience what it's actually like here.
That's what coaching is for. Every movement has a modification. Your coach will adjust things in real time so you're working at your level, not somebody else's. Nobody is watching you struggle. Everyone in here started somewhere.
For your first visit, just reach out to us by email, phone, or Instagram DM and we'll get you set up. After that, all classes are booked through the Push Press app. Search for "smoothfit" in the app to find us.
No. You can drop in for a single class at $25, grab a 10-pack, or go month-to-month at $199. The yearly unlimited rate of $159 per month is a better deal but it's not required. No contracts.
No pressure. We'll talk about what option fits your schedule and goals. You can drop in whenever you want at $25 per class, grab a class pack, or go unlimited. There's no hard sell. We just want to find what works for you.
Athlete sessions are completely separate from adult classes with dedicated coaches. We work with young athletes from the time they start competing in organized sports, which for most families means middle school through high school, though we also train college athletes. If your kid is involved in competitive athletics and you want them building a real foundation of strength, movement, and injury prevention, they're a good fit.
It's not sport-specific. We build the foundation that supports every sport: proper movement, strength, speed, and injury prevention. We're not chasing quick wins or shortcuts. We build strong bodies, focused minds, and confident individuals who are prepared for life beyond the field, the court, or the gym. Long-term development over short-term results, every time.
Drop-in is $25 per class. A 10-class pack is $175. Unlimited monthly is $199, or $159 per month on a yearly plan. If you want training plus full recovery access, all-access is $319 per month. No contracts on anything.
Yes. A lot of people walk in here having never set foot in a gym, or having been away for years. Every single movement has a modification. Your coach adjusts everything to you in real time. You're not going to be thrown into something you're not ready for. Beginners aren't an afterthought here. This place was built for you.
We have infrared saunas, Normatec compression boots, and cupping therapy. These are available as add-ons or included with the all-access membership. You don't have to be a training member to use recovery services. If you just want a sauna session after a long week, that works too.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime. The yearly rate of $159 per month is a 12-month commitment but it's the best value if you know you're going to stick with it. Class packs don't expire for 2 months. No hidden fees, no runaround.
